This is the two-tower, four tapper kegerator. It was converted from a chest freezer. A Johnson Controls thermostat controls the temperature. The drain trays beneath the towers drain into a slop bucket within the cabinet.
Here you can see the 20lb tank, regulator and four red gas lines. On the left side is the 5 gallon pony keg which can be used for making beer or soda. Or you can transfer beer into it from another keg if the keg needs to be brought back to the store.
Here you can see the Johnson Controls thermostat. Basically, the freezer plugs into this, and this controller plugs into the wall. A temperature sensor sits inside the freezer. The controller then turns the freezer on and off to provide the desired beer temperature.
