Welcome to our new web site! I decided to create this site as a place to put pictures and text for what Karla and I have been up to lately. In addition, I wanted a place to put pictures and descriptions of some of the projects and hobbies that we've been working on. Here's a picture of us from last year at Bristol Tennessee during the NASCAR Sharpie 500.
Already this site has given me problems. First off, I found out last night that Time Warner/Road Runner had lost the previous web page that was stored here. That didn't matter so much, since it hadn't been updated since June 2002 when I used it to help sell our condo. The problem was that I also lost access to even go back and re-setup the new web page. Well, after some time on TW's Tech Support, I got the whole thing straightened out.
Secondly, I'm trying out some new software called CityDesk to help create this site. They make it look so easy, but there is a definite learning curve. Apparently once it's all set up, it's really easy to just add new articles. It's setting it up that's irritating.
And now, on with the show. Check back periodically. I will try to keep this up to date.
